This overview of the interior courtyard shows many of the items used in worship, Longshan Temple, Taipei, Taiwan, 2020.
In the foreground, tables are set up where worshippers place food for blessing.
In the middle courtyard is a large brass Guanyin Incense burner (censer) used for the worship of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
In the background is the Yuantong Hall with shrines for Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjusri, Samantabhadra, Skanda, Samgharama, and Eighteen Arhats.
On the sides of the courtyard are shrines for Yuelao Shenjun and Huatuo Xianshi.
Beyond the Yuantong Hall are the Guan Sheng Di Jun Hall, the Tianshang Shengmu Hall, and the Wenchang Dijun Hall with shrines for seventeen other dieties.


The main Yuantong Hall shrines are protected behind these metal fences, Longshan Temple, Taipei, Taiwan, 2020.


This portion of Yuantong Hall is dedicated to Samantabhadra, Longshan Temple, Taipei, Taiwan, 2020.
Samantabhadra (bronze figure, back left) is regarded as one of the four major bodhisatvas in Mahayana and symoblizes virtue.

The bronze figures of the three dieties Samantabhadra, Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Manjusri, are located behind.

Manjusri (bronze figure, back right) is regarded as one of the four major bodhisatvas in Mahayana and symoblizes wisdom.

Moon Blocks, divination tools, are available for use by worshippers, Longshan Temple, Taipei, Taiwan, 2020.
Moon Blocks, are also known as Jiaobei, pinyin, jyutping, or poe.
They are cast in pairs to answer yes (one flat, one round) or no (both blocks round) questions along with a few other variations.
